Working with Final Pixel Academy, the Hartree Centre North East Hub developed an AI-powered virtual production coach to boost learning engagement by providing tailored learning experiences.

Challenge

Final Pixel Academy, a specialist in virtual production training led by industry experts, faced a significant challenge in managing their personalised learning approach. Offering both online and in person courses to a diverse audience including commercial organisations, educational institutions, experienced industry professionals, and the public requires substantial manual effort. Their team needed to handle numerous general queries related to their course offerings, often requiring direct intervention. This process was both time-consuming and resource-intensive, affecting their operational efficiency and posing challenges to scaling their services seamlessly.

Approach

Language model, Final Pixel Academy developed an AI-based personalised coach assistant to enhance personalised learning. The system processes course content, including descriptions, skills, and transcripts, to answer user queries accurately. It leverages Agent supervisor and LLMs to understand user queries, provide relevant recommendations, and ask follow-up questions to better Benefits understand user needs. This approach reduced manual effort, improved scalability, and enhanced the overall learning experience.
